GREAT ELM VILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AGM

Thursday 7 May 2026 – The Village Hall 6pm

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of GREAT ELM
VILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (1075624)
will be held at Great Elm Village Hall at 6pm on
Thursday 7 May 2026 to consider, discuss and if
thought fit, pass, the following resolutions or transact
the following business: All inhabitants of the Parish of
Great Elm aged 18 or older are entitled to attend the
AGM and vote on all proposed resolutions. Resolutions
will be approved by a majority vote of eligible
attendees. A copy of the Charity’s constitutional
documents will be available at the meeting for
inspection. Anyone who is entitled to vote and wishes
to raise a matter of relevance to the Great Elm Village
Hall is requested to contact the Chairman by EMAIL on
or before Friday 1 May 2026. Such matters will be
addressed under Item 7. The Meeting’s agenda of
matters to be addressed is set out below. The meeting
will be chaired by Ricardo Rosa.
