DESCRIPTION:Thurs 7 May at 7pm – Please join the discussion about the village hall. \nGREAT ELM VILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AGM \nThursday 7 May 2026 – The Village Hall 6pm \nNotice is hereby given that the AGM of GREAT ELM\nVILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (1075624)\nwill be held at Great Elm Village Hall at 6pm on\nThursday 7 May 2026 to consider\, discuss and if\nthought fit\, pass\, the following resolutions or transact\nthe following business: All inhabitants of the Parish of\nGreat Elm aged 18 or older are entitled to attend the\nAGM and vote on all proposed resolutions. Resolutions\nwill be approved by a majority vote of eligible\nattendees. A copy of the Charity’s constitutional\ndocuments will be available at the meeting for\ninspection. Anyone who is entitled to vote and wishes\nto raise a matter of relevance to the Great Elm Village\nHall is requested to contact the Chairman by EMAIL on\nor before Friday 1 May 2026.
